Limited edition of 500 numbered copies on light green coloured 180-gram audiophile vinyl. I'll Be Your Rainbow is the only recorded album by classic soul singer Bobby Wilson. Originally released in 1975, the album is a perfect blend of the styles of soul that were running through the east coast underground of the early 70s. It includes elements of the burgeoning club scene on the more up-tempo songs, and sweet warm vocals on the strong mellow cuts. The album was recorded in Detroit, Philadelphia, and Miami, produced by Vernon Bullock and orchestrated by Paul Riser. It features the UK soul scene hit "Deeper and Deeper." This 50th-anniversary edition is the first time the record is pressed on coloured vinyl and the first repress since it's original release in 1975.
