The Dark Slide ("we," "us," "our") runs thedarkslide.com and our shop at Merle Hay Mall in Des Moines, Iowa. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and order details when you buy something, create an account, sign up for our emails, or contact us.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Shopify and our payment providers. We don't see or store your full card number.
- Information collected automatically: when you browse our site, we and our service providers collect things like your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you got to our site, using cookies and similar technologies.

- To process, ship and support your orders, returns and pre-orders
- To answer your questions and provide customer service

Who we share it with
We don't sell your information for money. We share it only with service providers that help us run the store, including:

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and Shopify encrypts payment data to industry standards (PCI-DSS). No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure. We keep your information only as long as we need it for orders, legal and tax records, and the purposes above.
Children
Our site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
