Me, I can't do it. I think I'm what's known as a "shallow breather," although I'm not even sure that's a thing. (Hold on... I'm googling real quick.) Oh! It is! It's symptomatic of anxiety, I guess, but also a host of other things I'd rather not go rabbit-holing into lest I ratchet up my anxiety anymore than need be.
